A Civil Engineer, Director and an RPEQ with over 40 years’ experience in local government, events managements, executive leadership, and emergency management, and over 20 years’ experience as a Director of Engineering, Infrastructure and Operations in local government in both Queensland and NSW.

Neil’s strengths lie in Executive Leadership – honed through long-term directorship; Project & Events Management – demonstrated by successful delivery of major infrastructure projects and annual motorsport events and; Change Management – developed leading his teams through amalgamations and restructures.
