TMY Advisory is supporting the delivery of critical road infrastructure upgrades in the growing Sovereign Hills community — one of the largest masterplanned developments on the NSW Mid North Coast.
The works form part of the Technology Park and residential precinct infrastructure rollout in Thrumster, NSW. This includes the extension of College Drive, construction of Menzies Street, a new four-way signalised intersection at John Oxley Drive, and road widening along key corridors — all designed to meet the demands of future residential, commercial, and town centre growth.
Working alongside Hopkins Consultants and Lewis Land Group, our role spans project planning, scheduling, and contract administration — ensuring that timelines, budgets, and delivery targets are met with confidence. TMY plays an active role in delivery integration and coordination across multiple stakeholders including council, service authorities, and design consultants.
Key scope areas:
- Coordination of road widening and intersection staging
- Advice on geotechnical requirements, subgrade and drainage
- Pavement strategy and flexible pavement design input
- Review of service relocation impacts and constructability
- Interface between bulk earthworks, civil, and landscape works
