Stream Terms and End User License Agreement (EULA)
Effective date: 16/01/2026 These terms apply to the Stream software, installer, and services provided by TMY Advisory Pty Ltd (ACN 602 111 079). By installing or using Stream, you agree to these terms. Who this applies toThese terms apply to the organization that purchased Stream and its authorized users. LicenseWe grant your organization a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Stream for internal business purposes. You may not:
- Sell, resell, or sublicense Stream to others.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access Stream source code.
- Bypass security or access controls.
- Use Stream to process data you do not have permission to access.
Your responsibilities
- Use Stream only for authorized mailboxes.
- Keep claim tokens, control tokens, and credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information during activation and configuration.
Service updatesWe may update Stream to improve security and functionality.We may suspend or stop access if there is misuse, security risk, or non-payment. Fees and subscriptionsFees and subscription terms are set in your order or subscription agreement.If there is a conflict, the order or agreement controls. Data handlingYour use of Stream is subject to the Stream Privacy Policy TerminationThese terms start when Stream is activated or used and continue until terminated. You can deactivate Stream through Stream Control. We may terminate access if there is material misuse or if your subscription ends. Warranty and liabilityStream is provided as-is. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, outages outside our control, or changes in your Microsoft 365 environment.
